I know there is not a 2 gear slot option. However, if you have that 1 gear slot and that +300 armor option you will not be able to reroll the armor to a mod slot. If you had +300 armor and +x% damage to elites you could reroll either to one mod slot but not both. However, there are people getting two mod slots through drops or crafting.
